Itria Valley

A multitude of trulli and dry stone walls whose white stones
contrast with the bright red of the earth. The Valle d'Itria is in the
heart of Apulia, on the border between the provinces of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto.
The most popular place is Locorotondo (one of Italy's most beautiful villages), but the other cities which draw the geography
of this area are no less interesting: Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Alberobello
(recognized by Unesco as Humanity World Heritage), Ceglie
Messapica, Carovigno, Castellana Grotte, Fasano, Noci, Putignano, San
Michele Salentino, Villa Castelli and San Vito dei Normanni.
Although different from each other, these countries have a magical atmosphere
in common, almost like a fairytale, that you breathe while walking through the streets,
illuminated by the typical white buildings. History, folklore, gastronomy, culture, Valle d'Itria is a
chest which contains precious memories. Not to be missed, among the events
in the calendar, the namesake Festival in Martina Franca and
Ghironda, traveling festival that, to the rhythm of popular music, winds
between Martina Franca, Ceglie Messapica, Grottaglie and Locorotondo.
