Amiamo tornare in questo luogo magico per risvegliare i sensi e aprirci alla magia della danza e allo scintillio del mare. Danziamo la mattina e la sera, sotto il sole o la luna, dedicando al riposo e alla spiaggia il pomeriggio: è tempo di nutrimento, cibo per l'anima e cura del corpo.
Attraverso le diverse eleganti mappe di Gabrielle Roth creiamo lo spazio perchè la nostra vera natura possa tornare a brillare. Dedichiamo un pomeriggio ad un rituale danzato nel labirinto in pietra.
Il workshop è aperto a tutti, non sono richiesti prerequisiti.

Alex Mackay
Vive in Galles e insegna a livello internazionale, è certificata per insegnare i livelli Waves, Heartbeat e God Sex and the Body. Ha conosciuto G. Roth, a 22 anni e su sua indicazione ha iniziato presto ad insegnare. G. Roth aveva come spirito guida il Corvo ( Raven ) e chiamava Alex Raven Sister. Ha dato vita a fiorenti comunità di danzatori in Inghilterra. Danzatrice e artista, è conosciuta per il suo insegnamento leggero e profondo, usa poche parole scelte con cura e ispira un senso di meraviglia e magia. Alex è danza fatta persona, energetica e creativa e ama danzare insieme al gruppo.

La luna nel Pozzo si raggiunge facilmente dagli aereoporti di Bari o Brindisi e dalla stazioni dei treni di Ostuni con servizio navetta da concordare al momento dell'iscrizione.
La casa è una Masseria immersa in una natura antica e dominante, le stanze sono spaziose da dividere in 3 o 4 persone.
Il cibo è prevalentemente vegetariano con attenzione ad intolleranze ed allergie alimentari da comunicare preventivamente.
Nelle vicinanze ci sono BB raggiungibili a piedi per chi vuole soggiornare privatamente o in camera singola (da prenotare con ampio anticipo). Il workshop è aperto anche a chi non risiede alla luna nel pozzo.

L'arrivo è previsto per il 14 Luglio nel pomeriggio, il ritiro inizia alle 18 e termina con il pranzo il 19 Luglio.

We love to go back in the summer to this beautiful centre for revival and opening to the magic of the dance and the sparkle on the sea.
We will dance in the mornings and evenings, under the sun or the moon, leaving hot lazy afternoons for rest and time on the beach.
A time for nourishment, feeding the soul and treating the body.
Following Gabrielle Roth's elegant maps making space for our true nature to shine .
A beautiful stone labyrinth is there on site for a prayerdance one day of the retreat.
Teaching in English with Italian translation.
Starting on July 14 at 6pm, ending on July the 19 at 3pm

Alex Mackay is a dancer and artist, who is known for light and depth in her teaching, using few well-chosen words, and opening a sense of wonder. She is embodied, energetic and creative, and loves to dance with the group. She lives in West Wales and teaches internationally. Gabrielle Roth called her Raven Sister. Alex met her at the age of 22 and following her indication started to teach very soon. She is entitled to teach Waves, Heartbeat and God Sex and the body level.

​The venue, "La luna nel pozzo", Contrada Foragno, Ostuni - BR
is a theatre center in the countryside based in a old beautiful rural house with a lot of wild land around.
The place is easy reachable by both the airport of Bari and Brindisi and for the Ostuni railways station, a shuttle service is available from both airports or the village.
The food is mostly vegetarian and very available to vegan, gluten free or other request.

The rooms are multiple rooms.
Camping is also possible with private tent.
For a private accomodation or a single room you can book a BnB at walking distance joining the group during the all day and staying for one or both meals.
